West Main Street District
The Town of Norton has completed the Local Rapid Recovery Plan to help businesses affected by COVID-19.  The Town has prioritized making W. Main Street into a thriving commercial center.  The Town recently completed the sewer expansion as well as rezoned the Village Center portion of W. Main St to promote a compact and walkable destination. Now we are working with the W. Main St District businesses impacted by COVID-19 to create strategies to help them thrive.  We will work with area stakeholders to make this plan a reality.
